Who we are

Dailyli is a personal essay website. For privacy questions or requests, contact hello@dailyli.com.

Information and storage we use

The site uses a necessary cookie named dailyli_consent to remember your privacy choices, notice version, and decision time for 180 days. Interface preferences such as light or dark mode may be stored locally in your browser. These functions do not track you across websites.

Optional analytics and advertising storage is denied by default. If Google Analytics or Google advertising services are connected, they may process device, browser, approximate location, referral, and interaction information only for the purposes you select. Google Consent Mode v2 communicates your choice before connected Google services run. See Google’s business data responsibility information.

Your choices

You can accept all optional purposes, reject all non-essential purposes, or choose separately for analytics and advertising. Refusing optional storage does not limit access to the site. Use “Your Privacy Choices” in the footer at any time to change or withdraw your decision. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.

Supported Global Privacy Control signals are honored by keeping advertising, targeted-advertising, and sale/sharing consent off for that browser. Dailyli’s controls use a worldwide opt-in standard rather than attempting to infer your location.

Comments and messages

If you leave a comment or send a message, the information you submit and technical information needed for security and spam prevention may be processed to provide that feature. Do not submit sensitive personal information. Approved comments may remain visible until you ask for removal, subject to legal and security exceptions.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a copy of personal information; object to or withdraw consent for processing; and opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or certain profiling. You may also complain to your local data protection authority. Contact us to make a request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

Updates

We may update this policy when the site, service providers, or legal requirements change. The date at the top shows the latest revision.
